Instead, you'll be at the heart of the "soft stuff" that makes a company thrive: Training & Development - Designing and delivering impactful learning opportunities that help our people grow. Coaching & Mentoring - Supporting leaders and employees to unlock their potential and perform at their best. Future Forecasting - Anticipating skills gaps and workforce needs to ensure we're ready for tomorrow. Succession Planning - Building strong pipelines of talent to secure the future of our leadership and critical roles. Culture Development - Championing initiatives that strengthen our values, inclusivity, and employee engagement. What We're Looking For Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. Strong background in learning & development, coaching, and cultural transformation. Excellent communication and influencing skills—you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long‑term vision and immediate priorities. Experience within engineering services—ideally in civil engineering, construction, utilities, or high‑voltage (HV) environments.
