Project Manager – Energia Group Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom Contract: Permanent, Full Time Working Hours: 37 hours – Monday to Friday Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Project Management and Information Technology (Utilities) Opportunity Energia Group has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager based in Belfast. This role will lead impactful initiatives and shape the future of energy delivery. The successful candidate will be a highly self‑motivated, results‑driven individual with a proven track record of delivering IT projects to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver and implement IT projects for the Energia Group. Report to the Senior Project Manager within the Project Management Office (PMO). Lead cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives. Prepare and submit budget proposals; monitor and report on financial information. Use project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and DevOps. What You’ll Need Experience managing projects within software development and infrastructure. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and manage cross‑functional teams. Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail. Competence in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, DevOps). Experience of preparing and submitting budget proposals, monitoring and reporting of financial information. Extensive experience managing IT projects across software development and infrastructure.
