Role Overview We are seeking experienced clinical professionals to provide expert leadership and support in the implementation of technology-enabled healthcare solutions. This role will be central to embedding our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system and wider digital transformation projects into clinical practice, ensuring a smooth transition that enhances patient care and safety. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver clinical training programmes. Contribute to the Group’s Digital Strategy. Lead Nursing and Midwifery engagement in the ongoing design and rollout of clinical information systems. Promote an innovation-enabled culture that drives improvements in patient outcomes. Provide specialised advice to Nursing & Midwifery teams and across the Group to ensure IT transformation supports safe, effective patient care. Support and undertake project work within the EPR team and independently, contributing to digital strategy initiatives. Assist in the creation of clinical policies and guidelines to underpin safe technology use. Design and implement clinical training programmes, supporting professional development and maintaining high standards of care. Qualifications and Experience Strong background in Nursing or Midwifery with experience in clinical leadership. Proven involvement in digital health or IT transformation projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse clinical teams. Commitment to professional development and supporting the growth of others. Passion for innovation and improving patient safety and experience through technology.
