Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. You’ll be able to translate technical information into clear, accessible insights that colleagues across departments can easily understand. We’re also looking for someone who is passionate about process analysis and optimisation. You’ll map workflows, recommend improvements, and help shape the systems and processes that support scalable, sustainable growth. What You’ll Be Working On Contributing to data and AI initiatives that enhance reporting, automation, and decision‑making across the business. Analysing and mapping business processes to identify inefficiencies and uncover opportunities for improvement. Supporting system development, including testing, documenting workflows, and helping deliver enhancements that improve operational performance. Providing practical IT and operational support, working alongside our Operations Support team to resolve technical issues and ensure systems run smoothly. What You’ll Need A recent STEM graduate interested in data, technology, and systems. A collaborative team player with strong communication skills. Eager to learn, share ideas, and take initiative.
