Overview A family run, UKAS accredited Asbestos Constancy who have a leading presence in the North West region are now seeking to take on a competent and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor. You will hold the BOHS P402 qualification and will have experience carrying out the full range of surveying services across Local Authority, Industrial, Educational, Commercial, and Social Housing clients. For the successful candidate, our client can give paid travel time, enrolment onto the company pension scheme, annual company bonuses and opportunities for overtime. Due to the nature of the role, you must be happy to travel extensively in line with client and company needs. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Preston Burnley Blackpool Bury Rochdale Bolton Oldham St Helens Liverpool Birkenhead Manchester Stockport Warrington Macclesfield Buxton Crewe Chester Huddersfield Bradford Keighley Leeds Wakefield Experience & Qualifications “Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.” “Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, working hands on as a surveyor.” “Able communicate efficiently.” “Excellent time management skills.” “Able to work well independently.” “Keen eye for detail.” “Confident using industry relevant systems e.g., TEAMS / TRACKER.” The Role “Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites.” “Ensuring to carry out re‑inspection surveys upon completion of work.” “Carrying out ACM sampling on site, ensuring to bag and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.” “Ensuring to carry out work in line with HSG 264 guidelines.” “Using industry relevant systems to produce detailed and site‑specific reports.” About Future Select Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
