What you'll be doing:As part of our Service & Infrastructure team in the Product & Technology Group, you’ll act as the bridge between project delivery and operational support — making sure new services are fully ready to go live and built to last.You’ll:Be the go-to contact for smooth service handovers from projects into live operationsWork closely with Product, Technology and Project teams to ensure changes are delivered with minimal disruptionLead service readiness reviews and assess transition qualityCoordinate risk management and readiness plans for go-live successDocument support models, acceptance criteria, and service processesHelp run go/no-go meetings and transition workshopsCollaborate with suppliers and outsourced partners on governance and delivery What you'll bring: Experience in IT Service Management, Service Readiness, or Transition Excellent stakeholder and communication skills Confidence working in complex, cross-functional environments Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle priorities A proactive mindset — you’ll spot issues before they become problemsBonus if you’ve got experience with large vendor landscapes or enjoy making structure from ambiguity.We’re a powerhouse of digital innovation in the automotive space — delivering smart, scalable tech solutions across the UK & Europe.
