As the Assistant Breakfast Manager, you will lead by example, showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience. Responsibilities and Qualifications: Ensure our busy Breakfast Operations run a smooth service that makes guests want to return Inspire, coach and mentor team members Passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations Understand Payroll, rota management, costing, revenue generation, P&L, etc. Have an overall understanding of Health and Safety protocol and risk management related to the Breakfast Department Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care Have previous experience as a Breakfast Manager (in a smaller hotel), Assistant Breakfast Manager or Breakfast Team Leader/Supervisor in a busy hotel environment Benefits Salary: £31,500 per annum plus tronc (up to £34,000/annum inclusive of tronc) Heavily discounted hotel room rates in Europe (extends to the Radisson Hotel Group and family & friends) 50% F&B discount at our restaurants and bars (for your whole party) Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year – including bank holidays, increasing with years of service Two free meals per day – including days off if you wish to come in Access to 40% of your pay before payday through Wagestream Recommend a Friend scheme – £750 BenefitHub – Discounted prices at hundreds of online and high street stores, supermarkets, major retailers, attractions, restaurants and cinemas.
