Dedicated Lifestyle Manager - Arabic Speaking 4 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants To complement our team in the United Kingdom, we are looking for an Arabic-speaking Dedicated Lifestyle Manager in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management. Overview of responsibilities Advise our premium customers - on the phone and by email inArabic and English. Process customer requests from the preparation of the offer to the billing of individual trips as well as in the areas of restaurant/club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports, culture), spa/fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, sightseeing etc. Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination agencies. Prepare tailor‑made offers and travel documents, create itineraries, obtain visas and administrative processing. Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique opportunities. Requirements You have excellent language skills inprofessional Arabic and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework). Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism. Have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high‑end customer service. Have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge. Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture. Are service‑oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure. Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values. Have excellent communication skills. Value exceptional service and live by this motto. Are available on a full‑time basis (40hrs per week). Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option Located in United Kingdom. Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model – at least 3x per week in the office. A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions. You must meet our minimum internet speeds if you want to work remotely / in our hybrid model and this will be checked during the recruitment process and again when you join. We also have a great office that you can work from as an alternative.
