Take the leap into a career where every day is an adventure, every request a challenge, and every success a testament to your exceptional skills.RequirementsIf you have worked in Luxury Retail, Hotels and Resorts, Account Management, VIP Concierge, Luxury Travel - this could be an excellent career progression and an opportunity to work for a growing award-winning company.You MUST have excellent language skills in professional English and Danish, in written and spoken (according to the CERF Framework C1-C2).2+ years experience in leisure orientated sector of business, hospitality, retail, leisure, Customer service, concierge or call centerExperience with a GDS system desirableExceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers and clients, working in a calm and professional manner at all timeStrong administration skills and be able to prioritized workloads to meet strict deadlinesHave a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and cultureAre service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressureNatural sales flair with experience in selling lifestyle and travel servicesHave a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group valuesValue exceptional service and live by this mottoComputer Literate: to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ; additional software or CRM tools experience of advantage Flexibility: Requires full-time commitment (40 hrs/week) with rotating shifts and the ability to work on weekends.Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office :Located in United Kingdom or South AfricaPlease note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - at least 2x a week in the officeA secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions.You must meet our minimum internet speeds if you want to work remotely / in our hybrid model and this will be checked during the recruitment process and again when you join.
