Junior Digital Test Analyst

Deloitte is seeking a Junior Digital Test Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of client and internal services through test execution, content validation, and output verification. The role will mostly be testing RPA solutions following changes or as part of investigating issues it will involve learning about RPA as well as testing. It will require working very closely with the technical support and solution architecture teams. Location: RemoteRate: £24,000paHours: Standard Business HoursStart: February 2026Duration: 2 Year Fixed Term Contract Responsibilities Accountable for the execution of functional testing against agreed Test Plans across a range of technology solutions include RPA, software systems and applications, including those being developed or changed by DMS Digital and those developed outside DMS Digital and onboarding to DMS Digital for support. Working closely with DMS Digital Engineers, DMS Digital Senior Engineers and DMS Digital Solution Architects to design functional testing of new, changed or onboarding systems to validate compliance with design specifications and DMS Digital Accountable for quality review of incoming content, often of a complex regulatory or technical nature, from third party providers prior to consumption by downstream technology solutions. Accountable, similarly, for the quality review of content output from content processing, aggregation and analysis systems. Accountable for regular review of solution input and output across a range of technology solutions, including review of content quality as well as validation of accurate output from non-content processing systems. Further accountable for the raising of incidents where quality standards have not been met. Providing to third party providers or internal stakeholders detail of content, input or output quality metrics derived from analysis and testing. Working closely with DMS Digital Engineers to provide subject matter expertise when content or output quality issues are being addressed. In addition, further testing and quality checking to validate resolution of such issues. Assisting with the setup, configuration and administration of a range of technology solutions ready for operational use or during operational support. Creation of a variety of documents using DMS Digital templates as part of all quality assurance, monitoring, support, development, testing or deployment activities. Generation of reporting data for a variety of uses from technology solutions supported by DMS Digital Reporting may include creating and running database scripts, manually collecting data, compilation of data from multiples sources and presentation of data in specific formats for management reports, client reports or other users. Contributing to the ongoing development and review of technical principles and standards applicable to technical assessment, review, design, build, support and quality assurance activities in DMS Digital. Contributing to the ongoing development and review of best practice guidance and instruction across all engineering activities undertaken within DMS Digital. This activity to be undertaken in collaboration with colleagues across Deloitte and in line with general industry recommendations. Providing, as required, technical insight and expertise in areas of knowledge to DMS Digital colleagues and DMS Digital This may include work on a variety of internal or external initiatives. Accountable and Responsible for developing and improving relationships with engineering and related functions across Deloitte in support of shared standards and DMS Digital Supporting the development, maintenance, improvement and management of risk controls pertaining to the activities of solution architecture within DMS Digital.
