Stonbury Chawston, England, United KingdomProject ManagerWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Delivery team, overseeing potable water storage facility projects for Anglian and Affinity Water.Up to £50k per annum plus Company car or car allowanceTraining and advancement opportunitiesHybrid working arrangementsWe are a direct delivery specialist contractor for both the water industry and the broader water environment. We currently hold 30 frameworks and work with most of the UK’s water companies and the Environment Agency.What you'll be doingReporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering client projects in a highly collaborative and proactive manner, ensuring that work is completed within clearly defined budgets and timescales.Plan effectively from pre-construction to post-construction in line with all relevant policies, procedures, and best practices.Ensure the role of Temporary Works Coordinator is fulfilled adequately and in line with training.Oversee Project and Site Coordinators, providing guidance as needed.Produce site files, including but not limited to project programmes, RAMS, CPPs, and quality documentation.Act as Principal Contractor on behalf of the company, ensuring the correct measures are in place for the suitable management of sub-contractors.Liaise effectively with the Commercial and support teams to control project finances, including but not limited to PayGo, live hire, plant, and materials.Work with Coordinators and Supervisors to ensure accurate and timely submission of completed works and team timesheets.Hold responsibility and accountability for project performance, including finances, health and safety, and quality.Who we're looking forPrevious experience in delivering civil projectsAbility to manage projects in a direct delivery modelFull, clean UK driving licenceStrong communicator, able to liaise confidently with a variety of people, including clients, suppliers, and team members, face-to-face, in writing, and by phoneStrong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and ProjectWhat we're offeringUp to £50k plus a Company Car or Car AllowanceTraining and advancement opportunitiesPrivate Medical InsuranceEnjoy perks like voucher schemes (including Technology Scheme, Dental Plan, and Bike Scheme) through BenefexSavings on retail, shopping, gym memberships, and cinema ticketsOpportunities to mould our future through feedback forums and surveysIncome protectionLife assuranceFor more information, please contact careers@stonbury.co.ukSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject ManagementIndustriesConstruction #J-18808-Ljbffr
