Health Assessment SpecialistSalary: £20,837.25 to £27,783 per year (OTE of up to £38,000 to £42,000 with Commission, Overtime, Expenses, and Benefits)Location: We are recruiting from areas including Woodford, Wood Green, Edmonton, Chingford, Camden Town, Hackney, Stratford, Walthamstow, Enfield, Finsbury Park, Ilford, Tottenham, Buckhurst Hill.If you join us, you'll be known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist and will contribute to our mission to make health confidence accessible to all.The Hours30 hours per week3 x 10-hour shifts (excluding travel time) per week, any 3 days between Monday and Sunday on a rolling rota.Shifts between 6am - 10pm.Rota released 3 weeks in advance.40 hours per week4 x 10-hour shifts (excluding travel time) per week, any 4 days between Monday and Sunday on a rolling rota.Shifts between 6am - 10pm.Rota released 3 weeks in advance.ResponsibilitiesAs a Bluecrest team member, you'll work across various high-quality clinic venues throughout your region. Your day involves planning your route, travelling (expect up to 2 hours), setting up your kit, and greeting customers. You will see 15 to 22 customers daily, with appointments lasting 10 to 45 minutes depending on the assessment.You will perform health assessments including, but not limited to, PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and fitness tests.
