As a District Manager, you’ll create and deliver an amazing Starbucks experience for customers and partners, championing the mission, values and unique coffee culture while leading your team to inspire memorable moments. Responsibilities Lead the area team, build strong relationships, and coach partners to performance excellence. Champion behavioural, operational and service standards to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience. Analyze customer, partner and financial data to identify opportunities that improve experience, drive growth and profitability. Maintain an environment of continuous improvement, sparking engagement across all store locations. Support the execution of company programmes and change initiatives to sustain best practice. Qualifications Proven experience of leading, coaching and developing managers in a customer‑focused, multi‑site business. Strong relationship building and excellent people management skills. Clear, concise communication to operational and cross‑functional teams. Organisational and decision‑making skills focused on people. Results orientation with experience managing profit and loss across multiple stores. Experience in implementing company programmes and driving change for continuous improvement. High level of spoken English; flexible availability for early mornings, evenings and weekends.
