Our District Managers
contribute to Starbucks success by creating and delivering an amazing Starbucks experience for our customers and partners. You'll be a passionate ambassador for Starbucks and will live and champion our mission and values whilst leading your team to create inspiring customer moments and embrace our unique coffee culture.
Our Ideal Partner
As a District Manager at Starbucks you'll build strong relationships with your area team and will seek to understand their challenges, needs and objectives. You'll will champion behavioural, operational and service standards and will role model personal and professional growth by coaching and supporting your partners to help them succeed. With a background in fast-paced retail or hospitality Area Management you'll understand your market, analyse customer, partner and financial data and will identify opportunities to inspire customer experience whilst driving growth and profitability. You'll have a high level of spoken English and will be happy to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

- Proven experience of leading, coaching and developing managers in a customer focused, multi-site business
- Strong at building relationships and excellent people management skills
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely to operational and cross-functional teams
- Strong people focused, organisational and decision making skills
- Results orientated with experience of managing the profit and loss results across a number of stores
- Experienced at implementing company programs and leading change to drive continual improvement
