Annual salary of 25255 (FTE)Fixed term role (3 years)Full-time (35 hours) part-time and flexible working patterns availableFleetwood office base hybrid workingProposed Interview Date : Monday 27th October 2025The roleThe purpose of this role is to contribute to the delivery of an effective and efficient lettings service. You will take a role in ensuring the effective delivery of high quality value for money customer focussed income & lettings services ensuring that the customer voice is heard and utilised to deliver positive outcomes.You will be required to follow housing policies and procedures effectively and understand the roles responsibilities ensuring we remain legally compliant whilst meeting regulatory requirements and the needs of our customers. Ensuring the customer voice is at the heart of service delivery using complaints and satisfaction survey results to drive continuous improvement and ensuring all customers are treated fairly with respect and in recognition of their individual requirements and any protected characteristics and that all customer complaints and enquiries are dealt with promptly and to a high standard.The right fitYou have experience working in a similar admin based role.Knowledge of social housing regulations would be preferable.Strong ICT skills.You have an excellent customer centric approach with interpersonal and communication skills.You must be flexible resilient and able to manage and adapt to change.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.A full UK driving license with access to a vehicle is preferable.Who we areRegenda Homes is an award-winning Registered Social Housing provider with around 12000 homes in Merseyside Greater Manchester Cheshire and Lancashire.
