Your goal is to exceed client expectations while achieving the best commercial result for Inntel on every booking. You will manage client projects, respond to group enquiries and build relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business. Responsibilities Deliver an innovative and efficient venue‑finding service for all Groups & Projects enquiries. Efficiently manage client projects and group enquiries. Build individual client relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business. Qualifications Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine interest in achieving the best result for the customer. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills. Methodical approach to work with strong project and time management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret customer requirements via telephone and face‑to‑face. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a solutions‑focused mindset. Strong commercial knowledge and negotiation skills. Good knowledge and experience of Outlook, Word and Excel.
