Talent Development Specialist Our client is looking for a Talent Development Specialist who has previous experience creating and implementing programs for skill development, career advancement, and leadership growth. In this role you will need to be both strategic and operational in thinking, focusing on helping employees and the organization grow by designing development frameworks, conducting training, creating succession plans, managing learning platforms, and supporting career paths to meet both individual and business objectives. Key responsibilities include: Establishing a 3‑year Talent Development strategy. Designing and implementing a Career Development framework. Defining Leadership and Line Management Frameworks. Creating a Path to Promotion/Partnership. Providing Line Manager training. Developing an Appraisal review process. Planning Succession and talent development initiatives. The individual needs to have created and implemented a Talent Development strategy ideally within asset management or a similar financial services organisation. Additional responsibilities: Identifying and nurturing high‑potential employees using assessment tools. Managing learning and development resources and overseeing the LMS. Supporting career progression and establishing clear promotion pathways. Collaborating with HR partners, business leaders, and other departments to align talent strategy. Evaluating program effectiveness through workforce data analysis. IT Graduate Trainee Program – London Our client is offering an IT Graduate Trainee Program based in London.
