Our specialist services include substance use, clinical, employment training and education, housing services, housing support and health, young people, and families’ services..About the roleAs a Criminal Justice Team Leader you will lead and develop a team of criminal justice recovery workers, fostering a positive working environment and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the management of the day-to-day functioning and performance of the Criminal Justice Team, ensuring a positive working environment and the delivery of quality service. You will also support the Criminal Justice Manager in developing, delivering, monitoring, and improving processes, control systems, and work environments to meet quality requirements and contractual needs, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
