The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit a Banking & Finance Associate to join their highly ranked department based in Guildford, Surrey.

The Banking & Finance department is highly ranked in the legal 500 and chambers, currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 2 years. You will be working alongside legal 500-ranked individuals, gaining not only fantastic caseload exposure but learning from the best in the industry.

The client base will include owner-managed businesses, celebrities, individual athletes, sports clubs, technology companies, gaming companies, and large PLCs.

In this role, you will be dealing with acquisition/leverage finance, asset-based lending, venture capital, and much more. Work will be both national and international.

Requirements:

  1. You will be a Banking & Finance Lawyer with at least 2-4 years PQE (there is no upper limit with experience)
  2. You will have a good technical knowledge
  3. You will be a commercially minded individual
  4. Being able to deliver the highest level of client service is essential
  5. Salary is very competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience; you will also receive a lucrative bonus structure and benefits package
