Project Manager - £10M Industrial Unit (Manchester)About the RoleOur client, a reputable regional building contractor, are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new £10 million industrial unit in Manchester. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the project from pre‑construction through to handover, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of the construction project lifecycleCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliersMonitor project schedules, cost control, and progress reportsChair site and client meetings; manage stakeholder expectationsOversee health & safety compliance and risk management on siteEnsure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and contractsLiaise closely with the commercial team on procurement and variationsRequirementsProven track record managing industrial/commercial construction projects (ideally £5M+)Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager roleStrong knowledge of UK construction regulations and CDMExcellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skillsRelevant qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering (HNC/HND/Degree)SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White Card), and First Aid certificationsDesirableExperience delivering steel‑frame industrial unitsPrevious work with logistics or manufacturing sector clientsWhat We OfferOpportunity to lead a flagship project with a respected contractor/developerSupportive and collaborative working environmentCompetitive salary with car allowance, bonus, and pensionCareer progression opportunities within a growing business #J-18808-Ljbffr
