Plan and coordinate all works and resources , including scheduling, ordering major plant and equipment, and managing permits and compliance requirements. Champion health, safety, and quality , preparing project-specific RAMS and maintaining safe working practices throughout every stage. Manage project finances and reporting , overseeing budgets, cash flow, billing, and working closely with the commercial team to resolve variations and disputes. Build strong relationships and drive collaboration , liaising with clients, stakeholders, and asset owners, attending progress meetings, and ensuring excellent customer service while protecting Energetics brand and reputation. Experience / Knowledge: Experience operating in the utility or construction industries, or similar sectors Commercial acuity and demonstrable project, financial and contract management skills Good IT skills.
