Senior Real Estate Underwriter Intact Insurance, formerly RSA, is looking for a senior real estate underwriter to join our Commercial Lines team on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on underwriting and negotiating real‑estate business, building broker relationships, and driving sustainable profitable growth. Responsibilities Underwrite and negotiate new and/or renewal real‑estate business including blocks of flats and residential and commercial property owners. Build and maintain excellent broker relationships through regular engagement. Apply pricing strategies and risk‑assessment techniques to drive profitable growth. Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting practices. Contribute to process improvements and support broker team ideas. Represent the company at broker meetings, industry events, and field visits as needed. Skills & Experience Extensive experience in real‑estate, commercial and residential property owners underwriting. Ability to serve as a referral point to less experienced colleagues. A sharp eye for detail and strategic thinking. Excellent communication skills. Strong ability to build and maintain broker relationships. Benefits Annual discretionary bonus.
