As the Underwriter you will work with selected brokers to optimise profitable growth from these broker accounts.You’ll make an impact by:As a Senior Underwriter you will be:Underwriting and negotiating new and/or renewal Real Estate business to include Blocks of Flats and Residential and Commercial Property Owners businessBuilding and maintaining excellent broker relationships through regular engagementApplying pricing strategies and risk assessment techniques to drive sustainable profitable growthCollaborating with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting practicesContributing to process improvements and supporting broker team ideasRepresenting our brand at broker meetings, industry events and field visits as neededYour skills and experience:Extensive experience in Real Estate, Commercial and Residential Property Owners UnderwritingBe able to act as a referral point to less experienced colleaguesA sharp eye for detail and a head for strategyExcellent communication skillsThe ability to build and maintain relationships with brokersWhy You’ll Love It Here:Being part of our team means you’ll have the support and freedom to bring your best self to work each day.
