The department is dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical education and support across the company’s therapy portfolio, including dialysis treatments. As a Therapy Specialist Nurse, you’ll play a key role in training NHS staff and patients, providing hands-on clinical support, and contributing to business growth through strong stakeholder relationships.Are you an experienced Critical Care or Intensive Care Nurse looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to deliver exceptional training and education to our NHS customers, across our critical care portfolio.Responsibilities:Support the development of new business and the protection of existing business through the delivery of high-quality clinical training and education to end users of our products.Develop and deliver added value clinical training to groups and individuals within the NHS and provide support to nursing and medical staff on an on-going basis.Have an awareness of competitor products, services and activity.Build and maintain relationships with key customers as identified in Territory Action Plans.Work closely and pro-actively with your Regional Business Manager to ensure all activities are aligned to the Territory Action Plan and overarching strategy for the business.Requirements:Registered Nurse with current NMC registrationProven Critical Care or Intensive Care experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with healthcare professionalsConfident in delivering training and education to clinical teamsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based roleWillingness to travel extensively across the assigned region, including regular overnight staysFull, valid UK driving licence is essentialOur Offer:Competitive salary depending on qualifications and experienceCar AllowanceBonus scheme – Based on completion of KPI’s and yearly objectivesCompany Pension SchemeLife Assurance33 Days Holiday (inclusive of 8 days bank holiday) increasing with serviceAnnual leave purchase scheme (with 12 months service)Continuous professional development and support with NMC revalidationHealth Shield – Company paid health cash planLong Service VouchersCycle to Work Schemebhsf RISE - our Health and Wellbeing hub 24/7 access to GP's and CounsellorsBlue Light card – providing thousands of amazing discounts online and on the high streetFresenius Medical Care is an equal opportunities employer.
