Lead the full sales process from initial contact through to contract signature with a focus on long‑term service agreements. Manage lead and complete tender submissions including full commercial review. Conduct site visits and consultative meetings to understand client needs and position tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate value and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post‑sale. Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, pipeline progress and forecasting in the CRM system. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge. Measured KPIs New Business: Number of new units secured on contract vs plan. Qualified Leads Generated: Number of qualified leads generated vs plan (20–25 per week). New Opportunities Created: Number of new sales opportunities added to the CRM. Client Meetings: Number of first‑time or follow‑up meetings attended with prospects. Proposal Submissions: Number of formal proposals or quotes sent. Win Rate: % of opportunities won vs total pursued. Forecast Accuracy: Alignment between forecasted and actual sales. CRM Data Accuracy: % of opportunities with complete and up‑to‑date data. Skills and Qualifications Proven track record in B2B new business sales, ideally within lift maintenance, facilities management or technical services. Strong hunter mentality driven by targets, motivated by growth and passionate about winning new clients. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles. Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel. Full UK driving licence essential as the role will involve travel to client sites and company regional offices. Desirable Experience selling service contracts or maintenance agreements. Familiarity with the lift industry regulations and compliance standards.
