Role Summary As a trustee you will shape our strategic direction, contribute to specific expertise areas, and help ensure the charity achieves its core purposes while safeguarding its future. Responsibilities Provide strategic guidance and oversight of the Trust’s activities. Support the development and preservation of the cemetery as a heritage, environmental, and education amenity. Help secure funding through grant bids and fundraising events. Contribute to interpretation and communication of the cemetery’s heritage and story. Participate in trustee meetings and represent the Trust to stakeholders. Qualifications General organisational or business experience. Specific skills in research and interpretation, landscape ecology, or grant bidding. Passion for heritage preservation and community engagement.
