The IóT Business Partner reports into the Head of IóT Recycling & Central functions with a dotted functional reporting line into Recycling EMEA Leadership Team (MD), representing both IóT and the Recycling EMEA business respectively. As the Recycling IóT Business Partner you will play a key role in the success of the business. You will ensure that the business objectives are understood and that the IóT strategy is aligned and underpins the delivery of the business strategy. As the IóT representative you will ensure business has access to technology innovation and advisory both internally and externally, aligning and delivering the portfolio and maximising value in support of the business strategy. The role remains the voice of the Recycling EMEA business into IóT and the voice of IóT into the business, influencing, shaping and prioritising the business and technology change roadmap alongside its ownership. With direct reporting lines of Recycling Business Analyst team, you will also have the ultimate accountability to the business for IóT Service, Portfolio, Risk, and Budget to the Recycling EMEA MD and EMEA Recycling Leadership team. The role also sits within the Recycling EMEA leadership team. Relationship Management. Responsibilities Build relationships with business unit leaders and staff to understand their processes, challenges, and technology needs. Ability to think critically and challenge assumptions when appropriate, while respecting differing perspectives. Utilises in-depth knowledge of the business area and processes to align solutions with both current operational needs and long-term strategic roadmaps. Facilitates transparent and cohesive communication across all stakeholder groups. Collaborates seamlessly across organizational boundaries and functions to align efforts and drive solutions that maximise business value and achieve strategic objectives. Ensures that the IóT strategy is aligned with, and underpins, the delivery of the business strategy. Influences, shapes and prioritises the technology strategy and change roadmap. Owns the IóT portfolio and manages the demand for Recycling EMEA, shaping projects aligned with business and technology strategy through relevant governance. Provides regular and timely updates on IT strategy and enabling portfolio initiatives into the Recycling EMEA area. Understands market challenges, including customer priorities and competition, and translates where IT innovation and value can be added. Ensures the business has access to effective and efficient technology services, along with the expertise to enable innovation and delivery of a value‑driven portfolio. Is accountable for the delivery of services into the business area of responsibility. Works closely with IóT functions to ensure services are managed and delivered to SLA and expectation. Champions the needs of the business where continuous and service improvement is required. Ensures comprehensive identification, recording and management of IT risks as part of the IT risk management process. Prepares, aligns and delivers the IT Opex and Capex budgets for Recycling EMEA. Qualifications Highly experienced within an IóT Business Partnering role or similar – business and/or consultancy. Proven experience or demonstrated capability in developing business‑aligned IT roadmaps and supporting business cases in complex environments. Experience in IT operations and delivery of strategic change programmes. Demonstrable experience of how technology benefits the business. Experience working within a multinational matrix organisation, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain or FMCG sectors, influencing senior‑level management and stakeholders effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and executive leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
