Office and Facilities Coordinator - TemporaryLocation: On site based in LeamingtonSalary: £13.45 per hourWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pmRole PurposeProvide administrative support in relation to the ongoing daily management of the office building and its staff and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day running and maintenance of the office and buildingEnsure the office equipment, security and fire installations are regularly maintained and servicedMaintain sufficient general stock for the building (e.g., stationery, office equipment, refreshments, and other office supplies as necessary)Provide reception support, including dealing with postage, couriers and switchboard cover when requiredManage incoming calls and emails and forward accordinglySupport the maintenance of the buildingMaintain accurate records relating to supplier information and associated contracts, including HR admin supportTake on ad‑hoc projects to support the development and growth of the organisationKey Skills / AttributesPrevious experience in a similar rolePrevious HR Administration experience would be beneficialExceptional communication skillsHighly organised, efficient and capable of completing tasks within set timeframesFlexible and resilient, able to adapt to changing priorities or business requirementsAbility to maintain confidentiality at all timesGood organisational and problem‑solving skillsWell presented with a professional mannerIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to work accurately, with good attention to detailHow To ApplyPlease send your CV to Morgan Parkes for more information.Morgan Parkes Recruitment Ltd operates in the UK and can only process applications from candidates who are currently eligible to live and work in the UK.
