You’ll be empowered to: Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, especially around Virtual Agent and RPA flows. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to enhance customer experience. Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency. Monitor and optimize platform performance to ensure reliability and responsiveness. Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations. Familiarity with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA tools. A problem-solving and analytical approach, with a willingness to learn and grow.
