Key Responsibilities Delivery of Analysis Contribute to the development of analytical approaches to solve Customer problems and enable effective decision‑making on a complex and uncertain world. Understand Customer needs and requirements. Develop methods and metrics. Identify and develop concepts and solutions. Manage stakeholders and data. Conduct analysis, including analysing information and data to provide insight and assess solutions in terms of value, benefit, cost and risk. Ensure analysis is fit for purpose through effective verification and validation. Communicating outputs and findings to Customers and wider stakeholder communities. Project Management and Analysis Support Collaborate closely with experienced professionals to provide essential support in project management and analysis functions. Engage with our esteemed customers and partners, ensuring their needs are met while gathering invaluable insights and experiences. Contribute to internal projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals. Task Completion Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Demonstrate problem‑solving skills, taking initiative when faced with challenges. Professional Development Proactively seek opportunities for growth by joining recognised industry bodies and associations. Attend industry events, seminars, and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and developments. Engage with and learn from senior colleagues, absorbing their insights and expertise. Commercial Practices Delve into the intricacies of commercial practices within our sector. Collaborate with our commercial team to understand and contribute to the development and execution of strategies. Business Opportunity Awareness Develop a sharp eye for identifying business opportunities, both within our existing customer base and potential new clients. Stay updated on emerging markets and industry frameworks, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation and opportunity. Ad-hoc Tasks Display flexibility by willingly undertaking miscellaneous responsibilities as the business requires. Adapt to the evolving needs of the role, showcasing dedication and commitment to the company's objectives. Skills Numeracy coupled with an ability to work with qualitative information. Capability to assess complex situations, break them down into smaller parts, and identify solutions. Ideally but not essentially, experience of modelling and simulation. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to colleagues, superiors, and clients. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines. Aptitude to work collaboratively in diverse teams. Capacity to address challenges methodically and devise effective solutions. Experience in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with industry‑specific software or tools, for example Python, R, Visio. Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships. Flexibility to respond to changing business needs and priorities, showcasing a strong willingness to learn and adapt. Knowledge A foundational understanding of the core concepts and practices of the industry. Insight into the company's market, competition, and client base. Familiarity with the basics of planning, executing, and closing projects. Education The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, or have equivalent relevant experience. Other requirements Candidates will need to undergo an internal BPSS check prior to gaining site access. Candidates will also need to either hold a current SC clearance or be willing and eligible to undergo a Security Clearance check (SC level) upon starting their employment with the company. To gain SC clearance you will normally need at least 5 years’ UK residency.
