Sales Manager – Energy Data Analytics – Hospitality Join the team at ?. This role is home‑based in England, UK. About the Company A fast‑growing tech startup specializing in data analytics technology for the hospitality industry, backed by a well‑known global hotel group. Role Description We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to accelerate our market expansion. You will identify and secure partnerships with hotels and other energy‑intensive businesses, helping them achieve energy‑efficiency and sustainability while boosting their bottom line. Candidate Profile 5+ years’ experience in sales with a proven track record selling B2B products to hospitality (especially hotels). Experience at a SaaS‑based energy or sustainability data management provider. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Clear passion for the environment and impact. High adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced startup environment. Strong Excel skills. Excellent communication skills – ability to articulate technical instruction and manage competing opinions. Proven ability to conduct independent research and expand knowledge base. Collaborative mindset and ability to manage time and team capacity. Experience building internal processes for scaling a sales team. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and Notion is a plus. Sales experience in private equity or supplier relations would also be a plus.
