Finance Systems Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central | Up to £60,000 | Immediate Start | Leicester / Hybrid Are you a Finance Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central? This is an urgent opportunity to join a leading brand and licensing business headquartered in Leicester, operating across the UK and Europe. The role sits at the intersection of Finance and IT and plays a critical role in ensuring Business Central is fully optimised to support growth, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and external partners, translating complex finance requirements into technical solutions. Lead the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Business Central, including international localisation (e.g., German compliance). Deliver finance systems projects from end to end, including scoping, testing, documentation, and deployment. Provide end‑user training, manage UAT processes, and ensure system readiness for key finance events (month‑end, year‑end). Maintain robust process documentation and ensure data integrity across finance platforms. Key Skills & Experience Proven background as a Finance Systems Analyst, Systems Accountant, or similar role, with end‑to‑end systems ownership. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in a configuration or support capacity. Strong financial understanding – part‑qualified or fully qualified accountant preferred. Business analysis and project management capabilities – comfortable running your own projects and engaging stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills – able to bridge technical and non‑technical teams. Experience in ERP localisation projects (e.g., VAT and reporting for Germany or other European jurisdictions). Familiarity with tools such as Power BI. Previous exposure to the Retail industry is advantageous.
