Hours: 36.25Location: Altrincham with travel to other campusesSalary: £26,394.00-£29,505.00 The Role Recruitment Coordinator to provide comprehensive recruitment support for the Group, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures. This role is pivotal in assisting the smooth running of recruitment as a key function within the HR department, supporting managers and staff on key recruitment functions and procedures. It is a key role providing guidance to managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, acting as the face of TSCG and contributing to the candidate experience directly. Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Human ResourcesIndustries: Education Administration Programs What Will You Be Doing Lead the full end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for all TSCG colleagues. Duties include: creating up‑to‑date job adverts and descriptions, liaising with management to coordinate selection and assessment, supporting safer recruitment guidelines to onboard new colleagues, developing and implementing recruitment plans and resourcing strategies, including peak campaigns. About You Exceptional professional manner on phone, in email or in person. Proactive and driven to attract the best candidates, resilient and flexible, able to adapt quickly. Previous experience in recruitment and a minimum Level 3 CIPD qualification highly desirable. Skills and Experience Proven experience in recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience working in a safeguarding environment preferred Maths and English GCSE grade C or 4, or willingness to work towards Our Values Ambitious: We believe in you.
