Availability Window Sun: 07:30:00 - 12:00:00 Mon: 17:30:00 - 22:00:00 Wed: 16:00:00 - 22:00:00 Sat: 08:30:00 - 19:00:00 Responsibilities Ensuring the van and trays used are clean and kept tidy/organised. Leaving the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, and picking up litter as seen. Ensuring trays are washed as part of the tray wash process. Loading the van as required, checking the van for roadworthiness. Talking to the customer about any changes to their order, including short code items and substitutions, offering a refund for anything the customer is unhappy with. Taking care of products/deliveries as if they were your own. Explaining to the customer that they will not be charged any more for substitutions. Delivering during the customer’s time slot. Calling the customer before arriving at their property if arriving early. Calling the store/centre if running 30 or more minutes late. Qualifications Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit. Warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues. Act quickly to respond to the changing needs of customers and embrace change within the store. Energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations, integrating home and work. Share ideas with Manager and other colleagues on how to improve the store for customers. A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
