Overview Our client is seeking a fluent Spanish and English-speaking HR Advisor to join their international HR team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will provide professional HR support across the UK, Spain, Australia, and other international locations, working collaboratively to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with business objectives. Base pay range This range is provided by DiverseJobsMatter. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, responding to HR-related queries via internal systems. Manage employee relations processes including promotions, disciplinaries, grievances, terminations, and organisational changes. Deliver training sessions on HR practices and performance/talent management processes. Support onboarding and manage the annual HR cycle of events. Provide HR due diligence and integration support for M&A activities. Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Gather, analyse, and report HR metrics to support business decision-making. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, delivering best-in-class service. Qualifications HR professional qualification or equivalent association membership. Knowledge of employment law and HR practices in both the UK and Spain. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads. Confident user of HRIS systems and Excel. A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to change. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cultures. Detail-oriented, professional, and solutions-driven. Demonstrated ability to deliver HR change projects and process improvements. A natural relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills.
