You will play a key role in embedding practical, value-adding quality practices while supporting 2nd- and 3rd-party audits and driving continuous compliance improvements. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain AS9100-compliant quality management controls and procedures. Lead and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits, ensuring successful outcomes. Translate complex quality requirements into simple, practical processes for operational teams. Drive quality culture, capability building, and continuous improvement across the business. Manage CAPA processes and internal quality system reviews. What We’re Looking For 15–20+ years’ experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing in QA / QE / Quality Management roles. Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining AS9100 Quality Management Systems. AS9100 Lead Auditor certification (current or recently held). Knowledge of AS13100 and aerospace customer quality requirements. Proven ability to influence teams, drive compliance, and embed sustainable quality practices. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with MS Office and quality management tools.
