**Quality Assurance Service Manager**
Location: Oxfordshire
Duration: Three months
Rate: £336.52 per day via an Umbrella company
Hybrid working is available
Main duties and responsibilities:

- Responsible for planning and implementing an effective Safeguarding and Reviewing Service as set out in the relevant legislation and associated guidance, ensuring that the service is sensitive to the needs of children, young people and families, and is ofthe highest professional standard
- Responsible for ensuring that there are policies in place to ensure the quality of service delivery. This should include regular and routine feedback from parents, children and social workers and an audit of the records and direct observation of the IRO
- To act as Fostering Agency Decision Maker, including determining the appropriateness of Foster Panel decisions regarding approvals, deregistration’s and other related matters
- Experience of delivering child protection and children we care for services in a statutory setting
- Knowledge of childcare legislation and associated guidance and regulations, research and evidence-based good practice in the field
- Solid track record of developing performance management systems and processes and using data accordingly
