Senior Nursery Nurse

We are looking for a full-time senior nursery nurse to work within our well-established team. You will be responsible for running your own unit and staffing team, working alongside the Childcare Manager and other Senior Nursery Nurses to provide outstanding care and a stimulating environment for children. Requirements Hold a full and relevant qualification in Early Years at Level 3 or above It is desirable to have previous room leadership experience Be an excellent communicator both spoken and written Team player that works well with and provides support to those around them to ensure a happy staff team A driven, self-motivated and passionate leader that inspires the team they are leading Be of a calm, patient and kind nature Pay & Holiday 31 days of holiday per year (including bank holidays) (calculated per annum) Absence reward of up to 1.5 days per year Christmas shutdown Competitive, performance-related pay circa £27,600 (conditions apply) Additional Info DBS costs paid in full (terms apply) First aid training 50% contribution Paid for in-house and external training Christmas shutdown Team building events 31 days holiday Competitive, performance related pay Mickleover Address: 14 Mansfield Road, Heanor, Derby DE75 5AJ We are a close-knit team in a family-run setting, looking for someone who shares our core values of being homely, ambitious, nurturing, diverse and safe and secure.
