We are looking for a full-time nursery nurse to work within our well-established team. You will support the Senior Nursery Nurse within the unit and work alongside a robust staff team to provide a warm and stimulating environment for children. Requirements The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant qualification in Early Years at level 3 or above. You will need to be a team player with a positive mindset, confident in coming forward with ideas and be of a calm and caring nature. You will have good knowledge of the EYFS and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Pay & Holiday Working for The Cottage Day Nursery, you can expect to be rewarded with competitive pay circa £25K (conditions apply), internal and external training to further your career and an exceptional holiday allowance including bank holidays (31 days plus absence rewards of up to +1.5 days) and a week off over the Christmas period. Holiday We are open five days a week for fifty one weeks of the year, giving you that much needed Christmas break off to spend time with your loved ones. We also provide paid bank holidays. Your holiday allowance will depend on your working pattern and will be discussed at your interview. 31 days holiday including bank holidays per annum (Full-time) Christmas shutdown Working Hours We have many team members with differing shift patterns, from some term-time-only positions to part-time and full-time positions too.
