We are seeking a dynamic and insightful People Advisor to join our trusted team of specialists and make a meaningful impact across our organisation.About the RoleAs a People Advisor, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive advisory support and guidance. Leveraging your understanding of our organisation’s strategic goals, service delivery objectives, and operational challenges, you will offer invaluable support to managers and colleagues. Your expertise will help shape an environment where everyone can perform at their best and achieve their potential.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role supports people advisory through the effective management of employee relations cases relating, but not limited, to:Absence ManagementStrategic Advisory Support:Use your knowledge of our organisation’s goals to offer targeted advice and support, helping to create and maintain an environment where employees can thrive.Comprehensive Guidance:Provide efficient and effective people-focused solutions, handling both foundational queries and more complex issues with expertise.Coaching & Development:Guide line managers in addressing people risks, issues, and opportunities within their teams.
