From employee relations and wellbeing to engagement and inclusion youll help us create a positive collaborative environment where people can thrive.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced forward-thinking team where your expertise will make a real impact.Key Responsibilities as a People Advisor:Advise managers on policies employment law and best practice.Lead employee relations cases including disciplinaries grievances and capability processes.Manage the colleague lifecyclefrom onboarding to exit interviews.Drive wellbeing initiatives and support absence management.Promote diversity equity and inclusion through events and activities.Coordinate volunteering and work experience programmes.Manage benefits payroll support and holiday entitlements.Maintain accurate data and support audits.What Were Looking For:CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).HR experience with strong knowledge of employment law and best practice.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) occasional travel required.UK right to work.Skills & Competencies:Organisation & Planning: Manage priorities and deadlines with ease.Communication: Clear confident and professional.Attention to Detail: Accuracy in everything you do.Judgement & Initiative: Proactive and discreet.Teamwork & Collaboration: Build strong relationships and positive culture.Adaptability & Resilience: Calm under pressure flexible with change.What We Offer:33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) with entitlement increasing by one day for each full calendar year employed up to a maximum of five days.Annual pay reviews.Holiday buy scheme.All-company bonus scheme.Death in service cover.Employee assistance programme.Company pension.Active social calendar.A strong focus on developing our people.About YouAbout UsIntercity Technology provides reliable and secure technologies in communications cloud and managed services with a big difference Intercity is a technology solutions partner that isnt all about tech.
