Electrician Position: Electrician at New Hall School, located at The Avenue, Boreham, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 3HS. About The Role As part of the Estates Department, you will maintain and care for the school's two Grade I listed buildings and other premises, providing electrical maintenance, repair, installation, and compliance support in accordance with current UK legislation. The successful candidate must have proven experience and a track record of quality work. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical maintenance, repair, and installation across school facilities. Ensure compliance with UK safety regulations and maintain documentation. Participate in the on‑call rota and be available for standby duties. Collaborate with the Estates team to support building management. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience as an electrician in a similar environment. Protections and safety knowledge, with relevant qualifications. Proven track record of reliable, safe and compliant electrical work. Benefits 35 days' holiday per year.
