Join our specialist support worker team We're seeking experienced and passionate support workers or senior support workers committed to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people. You'll join specialist teams providing high-level support, creating safe environments, and understanding the impact of trauma on young people's behaviors and communication.

Dedicate your experience to a child or young person
Provide day-to-day support (activities, appointments, family contact) - ideally with a driver's license and business insurance
Engage and encourage participation in activities and structure
Provide accurate reports for care plans and goals
Play a critical role in safety and wellbeingWhat you will bring:

To excel, you'll need to demonstrate:

Experience supporting children and young people in a residential setting
Confidence in de-escalating heightened behaviors and using de-escalation techniques
Experience making decisions in challenging situations
Understanding of detailed and accurate record-keeping and incident reporting
Creativity in engaging and building trust
Sound communication and judgment
Clarity on protecting personal and professional boundariesCommitment:

Be a consistent part of a team offering dedicated support
Provide and maintain availability for the duration of support
Take time to read relevant reports, referrals, and profilesPersonality:

Observant with heightened awareness to share insights through reports and meetingsSkills and training:

Ideally, a driver's license and business insurance
DBS on update service or support for new application
Registered with relevant regulatory body
