**Outreach Support Worker**

**Location - Hawick**

**Pay Rate - £10.50 per hour**

**Full Time, Part Time and Relief Experienced Outreach Support Worker - Drivers Preferred**

**The Role**

We support a diverse group of individuals to live an independent life with some support in various areas in Hawick. Our support workers are very person centred in their delivery of care which makes our service very flexible and adaptable to each individual’s requirements. We support people to live well at home and to be a part of their community.

Staff would have the opportunity to work with adults who have a learning disability working in the person's own home supporting and promoting independence. Support tasks can range from: personal care, medication, emotional support, daily living tasks, social support and sleepover cover for one female service user.

This job can be very rewarding and you can support people to reach goals, achieve outcomes and be part of their community whilst building up relationships with individuals.

Hours of work are flexible to meet the needs of the people being supported and we are able to offer our staff flexible working hours to support with work/life balance.

A car driver is preferred but not essential.
