Grade GG10 – GG11, with a referral bonus of £5,000.ResponsibilitiesCollaboratively designing and building Proof of Concept or Production systemsSource controlling code with Version Control Systems (e.g. Git, Mercurial, Perforce)Utilising CI/CD tools (e.g. Bamboo, Jenkins, TeamCity, Bitbucket) to streamline delivery of new features and fixesContinual testing of code using Automated Testing FrameworksEnsuring code consistency and quality by utilising static code analysis tools (e.g. SonarQube)Working in an Agile environment (e.g. Scrum, Lean, Kanban) with common software design patternsUsing precedent and creativity to solve client challengesQualificationsProgramming in one or more of JavaScript, Java, .NET, PythonExperience designing and building PoC or Production systemsSource control with Git, Mercurial, or PerforceCI/CD tool experience (Bamboo, Jenkins, TeamCity, Bitbucket)Automated testing frameworksStatic code analysis tools such as SonarQubeAgile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban)Common software design patternsAbility to apply creativity to client challengesIt would be great if you also have experience in some of these, but if not we’ll help you with themMachine Learning software (e.g. AWS, Azure ML, Google TensorFlow)Deploying and managing in cloud computing (AWS, MS Azure)Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)Relational, document, or graph databasesSoftware configuration and deployment (Ansible)How we will support youWork-life balance with flexible and part-time working; hybrid working arrangements25 days holiday a year with option to buy/sell and carry overFlexible benefits package including private medical and dental insurance, pension, cycle to work, and moreCompany bonus schemeDiversity and Support groups for various communitiesSecurity ClearanceOnly those with the permanent and unrestricted right to live and work in the UK will be considered.
