Role Overview You will report to the Senior Procurement Manager and form part of the strategic procurement team responsible for delivering a professional procurement service, managing a portfolio of contracts and achieving significant efficiencies for the organisations we work on behalf of. Responsibilities Provide professional procurement advice and support, and lead the procurement process to deliver best value and service to the Trusts. Develop and manage a portfolio of contracts and support its renewal strategy. Strategically manage non‑pay expenditure within the respective division and actively identify and deliver areas of efficiencies, including savings. Lead or manage a team, assisting in developing the team's skills and capability to meet internally & externally set performance management targets such as savings, contract coverage and customer satisfaction. Develop your own skills and experience through on‑the‑job and associated training courses. Work across Trust divisions / Trusts and collaborate across the Integrated Care System where necessary to deliver mutual benefits and efficiencies.
