The team This is a role for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive ready to step up, or an experienced marketer looking for a culture‑first environment. We don’t believe lawyers (or marketers) have to be “grey.” We are a brand‑led, creative, and data‑driven team. We are looking for a specialist to lead our email marketing and support the growth of our performance marketing channels, taking ownership of a segmented database of 70,000+ contacts and contributing to paid acquisition activity. The role To help you understand the balance of the role, the approximate split of duties is : 50% Email & Audience : Ownership of the channel and applying segmentation rules to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences. 30% Performance Marketing : Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with Paid Search (Google Ads) and an expansion into Paid Social. 20% Creative : Landing page builds, video coordination & support, wider digital projects. Duties and responsibilities Email Marketing (Mailchimp) Taking ownership of the email calendar for our large audience. From building high-performing, on-brand emails to finding new ways to appeal to users. Optimising performance through testing (subject lines, send times, content blocks) to maximise open and click rates. Being the voice of the channel through reporting. Report on deliverability and engagement, providing actionable insights to the wider team to improve lead generation. Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising & Social) Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to execute and optimise Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns. You will have autonomy to refresh ad copy, tailor landing pages, and improve relevance and efficiency through structured experimentation and measurable results. Build and test high-converting landing pages using Unbounce for PPC and marketing campaigns. You will run A / B tests to improve conversion rate (CVR) and user experience. Paid Social is a key growth area. As a firm we are looking to expand in this area, providing a great opportunity to learn how to plan, build and optimise campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn. Video & Reputation Management Support the delivery of video content. While you don’t need to be a professional videographer, you will coordinate filming schedules, assist with basic edits (training provided), and help manage external freelancers to ensure content is briefed, produced to a high standard, and delivered. Oversee our review platforms (Trustpilot, Google Reviews, Yell, ReviewSolicitors), ensuring positive client sentiment is leveraged in marketing materials and helping increase review volume and ratings year-on-year. Who we are looking for We are looking for a results-oriented marketer who wants to drive their channels forward. Core Requirements : Proven Email Expertise : You have experience building, testing, targeting (using segmentation rules), and reporting on email performance.
