This role is ideal for someone with classroom experience who is eager to develop their skills further and support pupils in their academic and personal development.Working under the guidance of class teachers and senior staff, you will help deliver high-quality support to pupils both in groups and on a 1:1 basis. This school is known for its warm environment and commitment to staff development.Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson deliveryProvide small-group support and targeted interventionsWork with individual pupils who require additional supportSupport behaviour management and the creation of a positive learning environmentHelp with classroom organisation and preparation of resourcesBuild strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staffLevel 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)Previous school-based experience (primary or secondary)Good communication and interpersonal skillsA patient, caring, and proactive attitudeAbility to work effectively as part of a teamA current DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel)Weekly pay through PAYEAccess to free CPD courses and ongoing professional developmentA supportive and dedicated consultantOpportunities for long-term placements and progressionAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
