Product Support Manager - Part Time David Lloyd Clubs is inviting applications for the Product Support Manager – Part Time role. We are looking for a passionate individual to lead, guide and support fitness and wellness product rollouts across the DL estate, focusing primarily on New Openings, Acquisitions and Capex Investment Clubs. Key Responsibilities Your role will include: Taking ownership of product integration into New Openings, Acquisitions, and Capex Investment clubs, with a focus on overall project management, operations and systems training, ways of working, team member recruitment, team member inductions, product preparation, and product launch. Delivering training and support via Teams and face‑to‑face, ensuring positive and proactive team member engagement is at the heart of what we do. Creating relevant action plans to support opportunities and risks, with our focus being on member experience, member usage, and commercial growth. About You Experience in training or operational leadership, ideally within fitness, hospitality, leisure, or a similar service‑led sector. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence delivering training both face‑to‑face and virtually. A passion for member experience, with an understanding of how great products and well‑trained teams drive engagement and commercial performance. Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, stakeholders and deadlines across different club sites.
