Responsibilities Conducting thorough assessments of children and families Developing and implementing care plans and interventions Managing a caseload of children in need Collaborating with multi-agency teams to provide holistic support Ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and safeguarding procedures Maintaining accurate records and documentation Qualifications Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work Registration with Social Work England (SWE) Proven experience working with children and families, ideally within a Children in Need context Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external agencies Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children What We Offer Competitive rate of £35 per hour Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunities for professional development and training Flexible work #J-18808-Ljbffr
